Learn the basics of botanical contact printing, a method of transferring the natural pigments found in leaves and plant material directly to cloth or paper without the use of auxiliary materials.

We’ll work outside at tables under a shade tent, so please dress for the weather and bring lunch. All materials are included in class fee. Students may bring an additional prepped article to print such as a silk or wool scarf, linen napkins, cotton or silk shirt, etc (wash well, dry without fabric softener).
